These are custom made challah/bread knives.
I use a Japanese steel blade and hand make the olive wood handle.
I import the olive wood from the Holy Land, cutting and shaping each piece by hand before attaching to the blade.
Because these are made with wood, each piece is unique. The boards are sourced from olive trees in Israel that no longer produce. Most of these trees are hundreds of years old.
Engraving is optional, and included at no additional charge. As a wedding gift, the bride and groom names along with a date, or just a simple שבת שלום Shabbat Shalom. Engraving can be on one side or both.
The challah board shown is an example and not included with the knife. I do have challah boards available, and the knife is offered as an option at a reduced price with the board.
